Due to a change in the way Amazon is interpretting the feeds, the uploads for FBA shipments from SellerEngine Plus stopped working on November 20, 2008. The shipments are sent to Amazon, but the listings are not created, so the items are not available for sale. To fix the issue:
- Download the file amazon_export_FBA.xml and save it in the \db\layout subfolder of the SellerEngine Plus directory on your computer. On most computers this will be located at C:\Program Files\SellerEngine Plus\db\layout (Note: This will overwrite the old file of the same name.)
- Next, re-upload all items from the shipments you created on or after November 20, 2008. (Note: you do not have to resend the shipments, just to re-upload the items.) In order to do this:
- Open each shipment
- Select all items (CTRL-A)
- Go to the Upload menu and select Add New Items
