The first time you launch SellerEngine Plus you will be guided through the process of configuring your account. Here is the information you need to have on hand:
| Information | Where to find it |
| Registration Email Address | The email address with which you created your SellerEngine Plus Account. It must be the same email which you use to login to the Amazon account on which you sell. This must be the primary email address on the Amazon account. |
| SellerEngine Plus account password | The account password was created by you on our website when you created your SellerEngine Plus Account. If you need to reset your password, head here. |
| Password for my Amazon account | The password with which you log into Amazon. This password is kept private, and we do not have access to it. |
| Seller Nickname | This will be populated automatically. If it does not show up or is incorrect, your subscription needs to be updated. Contact support@sellerengine.com to update your account. |
| Seller ID | This will be populated automatically. If it does not show up or is incorrect, your subscription needs to be updated. Contact support@sellerengine.com to update your account. |

| Access Key ID | SellerEngine Plus FBA users must enable their Amazon seller account to access the Amazon Web Services. To do so, go to http://aws.amazon.com and choose the link which allows you to sign up. Follow the steps and you will be granted your Access Key and instructed on how to obtain it. You will also need to sign up for the FWS services at http://aws.amazon.com/fws |

You can also find explicit instructions for signing up on our support forum. Follow the steps and you will be granted your MWS Access Key and instructed on how to obtain it. |
| MWS Secret Access Key | When you view your MWS Access Key, you can obtain your Secret Access Key from the same page. |
After configuring your account, click Next and choose one of the options to start using your account. In the future, when you open SellerEngine Plus, you will select the database in which you want to work.
