In order to use this option please make sure that your printer is successfully installed. If your printer is not successfully installed SellerEnginePlus will notify you about it. In order to successfully print pick lists and pack slips make sure that your items from the orders inventory correspond with the items inventory. If your orders do not correspond with the items in the inventory, the printed information will be incomplete.
To print a Pick List
While in the Orders screen:
- Right click on the item you wish to print and in the bottom of the drop down menu you will find the print option and select 'pick list'. You can also select the item and click 'print pick slip' in the toolbar.
- The print preview window comes up.
- Verify the information is accurate, press the printer icon button and the Pick List will be printed.
The Pick List shows the following information: SKU, Buyer, Order #, ID, local SKU and the bar code for that item.
To print Pack Slips
While in the Orders screen:
- Right click on the item you wish to print and in the bottom of the drop down menu you will find the print option and select 'print pack slips'. You can also select the item and click 'print pack slips' in the toolbar.
- The print preview window comes up.
- Verify the information is accurate, press the printer icon button and the Pack Slips will be printed.
The Pack Slip shows the following information: Order #, the address of the receiver, order date, name and email of the buyer and also information regarding the item price, quantity, shipping price and the total price for the order.
