The FBA Shipment manager tab includes all necessary tools for creating, editing and managing shipments.
Create new shipments
To create a new shipment:
- 1. New shipments are automatically created and named when you select one or more items from Inventory, right-click on selection and click ‘Add to shipment’. A new shipment will also be created when using ‘Quick Add’ after filling in details for a new item and clicking ‘Add item (in inventory and shipment)’.
- When adding inventory and you have open shipments previously created, the items will be assigned automatically to one of the open shipments depending on criteria defined by Amazon. Otherwise a new shipment will be created with the location predefined by Amazon.
- Shipment names are automatically created for you, using the fulfillment center the shipment is going to, date, and time. Once a shipment is generated you can rename it. In the ‘FBA Shipments Manager’ tab select the new shipment and click ‘Rename’. When shipments are edited, the status ‘Open’ is by default assigned to them. You can only modify the shipment’s status while it has the ‘Open’ status. After sending the shipment to Amazon, it will become Read-Only.
- 2. The new shipment appears in the shipments grid.

Edit/View selected
Click on any shipment and then on the Edit/View selected button. The content of the shipment will be displayed in the upper part of the application and general data in the Shipment information panel in the lower right of the application.
If you have items in your inventory that you want to add to the selected shipment, you have to go to your Inventory tab select them from the list, right click on them and choose the desired shipment under the Add to Shipment submenu, or create a new shipment to start adding items. This action can only be performed to an open shipment.
To remove an item from a shipment, you first need to open the shipment. This is done automatically once you add an item to it, but you can also perform this task manually, by double clicking on the shipment name in the shipments list from the FBA Shipment Manager.
Delete selected
Clicking this button will delete the selected shipment in the FBA Shipment manager display. If you delete a shipment that has already been sent to Amazon, all information in that shipment will be retrieved and re-entered in Seplus when you Syncronize shipments with Amazon.
Deleting an open shipment that contains items you have in Inventory will NOT delete those items from your inventory.
Synchronize with Amazon
Clicking this button will update information in all shipments with the last data retrieved from Amazon. Quantities will be updated in each shipment, shipments that are not in your FBA Shipments Manager list but in transit or received by Amazon will be re-entered in your list with all current data.
Once any of your shipments are open, the FBA shipments toolbar will be displayed at the top of the application window.
