Printing FBA Packing Slips


In order to print a Packing Slip for your FBA shipment, you must first send the shipment to Amazon. Sending the shipment to Amazon provides you with a Shipment ID number.

To print a Shipping Label

While in the Shipment screen of the shipment you wish to print the shipping label for:

  1. Click on the Print Shipping Label button.
  2. The Print Shipping Label window comes up.
  3. Verify the information is accurate, select the number of cartons your shipment comprises, and select where you would like your label to be printed.
  4. Click Print.

To print Packing Slips

While in the Shipment screen of the shipment you wish to print the packing slip for:

  1. Click on the Print Packing Slips button.
  2. The Print Packing Slips window comes up.
  3. Verify the information is accurate, select the number of cartons your shipment comprises, and select where you would like your label to be printed.
  4. Click Print.

To print a Shipping Report

While in the Shipment screen of the shipment you wish to print the shipping report for:

  1. Click on the Print Shipping Report button.
  2. The print preview window comes up.
  3. Verify the information is accurate, press the printer icon button and the Shipment Report will be printed.

The Shipping Report shows the following information:

Shipment Name, Has Been Shipped, Total number of Items, Total number of Titles, Merchant SKU, FNSKU, Title, Quantity, and Price.
